| The printed resources of Redcliffe Men's Shed library, in other words the paper books etc, are available to members of that shed only. It is impractical
for members of other sheds to borrow the books from Redcliffe, on account to the distances they would have to drive to visit us. The other point is that once the
person borrows a book, they then have to drive all the way back to Redcliffe to return it. The cost in petrol for the trip both ways, would typically be more than the book is worth.
Recliffe Men's Shed members, by contrast, are free to borrow from the library in the billiard room, or, to access the digital resources from the Redcliffe Shed itself, or from home,
All of our digital resources, by contrast, are free for members of all other sheds to access. Also, the Zetlin software is available, for free, to any other Men's Shed throughout Australia, where their
Shed librarian wants to install his own application of Zetlin. |
