| This current Council seems to be more concerned about the development of residential houses and less concerned about the infrastructure needed to cope with the influx of people it will bring. The infrastructure we have now is struggling to deal with what we currently have. We cannot afford to keep heading down this same path. I will ensure that any future development in our region does not proceed unless we have the facilities upgraded to deal with it. This includes an upgrade to the sewerage, water, flooding prevention, roads etc. It’s time to start putting Residents before Developers here in the Moreton Bay Region. |
